Scope and Version Authority
This document records the current public structure as of September 15, 2026. It does not replace or erase the earlier v1.0 or v1.1 public records. When an older paper conflicts with current product naming or lifecycle status, this current record and the live product-status authority control present-day website claims.
Development status remains evidence-based. Public access, server-live work, phone proof, field proof, and full launch readiness are distinct states.
Company and Ecosystem Architecture
GGIRL Technologies LLC is the company. Velvet is the connected product and intelligence ecosystem. The products are purpose-built surfaces that may share approved identity, intelligence, communication, media, wallet/payment, and governance infrastructure without becoming one undifferentiated application.

Current Product Map
Velvet Eye and the Deeper Intelligence Architecture
Velvet Eye is the current user-facing intelligence product. Its deeper memory, knowledge, orchestration and decision-processing architecture belongs inside Velvet Eye rather than being presented as a separate current product.
Velvet Brain remains a historical/internal architecture term for that deeper processing layer. Current public product navigation should lead users to Velvet Eye.
Current Naming and Product Boundaries
- Velvet Studios is the current AI creation studio. Older dated records may use the former product name Velvet Radio. The radio/programming function remains within the Studios family.
- Velvet Wallet + Velvet Pay is one public product direction with separate wallet and payment functions, not two separate downloadable apps today.
- Velvet Direct is a standalone product and is not merely a Velvet Wayz feature.
- Velvet Link is a planned standalone relationship product; existing Radar and Winq interactions remain Velvet Room mechanics until Link develops its own approved features.
Good Girl Coin Role
Good Girl Coin ($GGIRL) is a live Solana digital asset connected to the evolving GGIRL ecosystem. Its current public role includes identity, culture and a planned company-funded participation-reward model. A token purchase is not intended to be required simply to qualify for an eligible participation reward.
The detailed participation-reward framework is published separately so product rewards can evolve without turning the token identity paper into a product-operations manual.
Public Claims Boundary
GGIRL public materials must distinguish live asset, public development access, active proof of concept, in development, partially verified, and planned / roadmap. Those stages are not interchangeable.
Public access does not by itself mean a product is finished, fully field-proven, universally available, or commercially complete. No product should be described as safer, more accurate, legally compliant, financially profitable, or launch-ready beyond the evidence and approvals that actually exist.
